Your start weight, current weight and how much weight have you lost and how long did it take?

Start weight 14st 7lbs203lbs92.1kg, current weight 9st 12lbs138lbs62.pkg. I have lost 4st 9lbs65lbs25.5kg, and it took me six months from the 7th October 2024 until April 2025.

What prompted your decision to lose weight?

The main factor that prompted me to lose weight was my health. I was in terrible pain with gallstones and heartburn all the time.

How did you hear about Nutracheck?

I had used Nutracheck years ago.

Has your weight stayed fairly consistent over the years, or have you always had to manage it?

My weight was a serial yo-yo dieter issue before, but this time it is for the rest of my life, being vegan and exercising.

Have you experienced any health improvements?

Health improvements are massive, which is why I'll forever stick to it. Overnight, after switching to a vegan diet, the heartburn went away. No immense pain or being sick from gallstones, I can wheel myself about in the wheelchair, and I was too heavy before - I was constantly out of breath. Now I'm not uncomfortable lying down in bed, before my big chest would squash my heart and lungs.

How easy was it to fit the changes you made into your lifestyle?

It was easy for me to incorporate the changes into my lifestyle. It was a no-brainer for me because it took the pain away, so I will forever stick to it.

What was the most difficult thing about your weight-loss journey?

There wasn't anything difficult about my weight loss journey.

How do you feel now compared to before?

I feel like I'm reborn! I actually came out feeling like I wasted/sleepwalked through the past years of my life. I feel amazing now, so much more grateful for everything and the abundance of energy!

Any notable milestones to report?

When my sister was helping me clear out a closet and the size 20-22 trousers came out, now I'd fit both legs inside one leg.

What 3 tips would you give to anyone who has weight to lose?

  1. Consistency is key.
  2. Plan ahead.
  3. Move as much as possible.
